Order Cancellation
As a wholesaler distributor, we understand the need for changes or cancellations. Orders must be canceled before they are packed. Once your order has been processed and packing has begun, cancellations will not be possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Refund Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, due to our business agreements, we do not offer refunds in certain situations.
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (20 days business days, excluding 2-5 business days for processing).
- Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Easy Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. Please contact us first for return instructions. Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless we provide a pre-paid return label.
